My VERSION... seriously, if you cook nasi uduk using this recipe, it's guaranteed to be delicious, so I'm the type of person who doesn't really like lots of strange spices, because in my opinion it makes uduk rice MBLENGER if the Javanese say, but if you use this recipe it's really good, it smells delicious just right, not too much. I got this recipe from ci @xanderskitchen . I tried it 2 years ago and until now I really like this recipe. You must try it... ????
