Intensive and powerful Vinyasa Yoga Flow - a power yoga session for advanced and intermediate students. In this class, we specifically strengthen the muscles in the legs and buttocks, as well as in the core, in order to build up strength and stability. To do this, we start directly in a standing position with sun salutations and flowing movements to build up warmth in the body and then move on to holding individual poses for longer. After the intensive sequences to strengthen the muscles, the class ends with relaxed stretching poses to loosen up the previously stressed parts of the body.
