Preta Portê Filmes and Canal Futura present Leva Project that won the 1st Pitching DOC Futura In the heart of São Paulo, the largest movement fighting for housing in Latin America is beating. Homeless families occupy the Mauá building, one of many occupied buildings in the city center. The documentary LEVA follows the lives of residents of the occupation and reveals the organization of acronyms that come together in an organization to transform abandoned spaces into habitable ones. The structuring of the building by movements fighting for housing will reflect on the reorganization and rediscovery of people as individuals through the collective. The heart of São Paulo holds the biggest movement for housing in Latin America. Homeless families occupy the Mauá, one of many empty buildings downtown. The documentary LEVA follows the lives of inhabitants of the Mauá occupation and reveals the organization of parties united to turn abandoned spaces into homes. The structuring of the building will reflect on the reordering and rediscovery of people that become individuals through one collective goal. In the heart of Sao Paulo lives the biggest wrestling movement for housing in Latin America. Families without homes occupy the Mauá building, one of the many occupied by the sin-tech movement in the center of the city. The documentary LEVA follows the lives of residents of the occupation and reveals the organization of political movements that come together in groups to transform abandoned spaces into habitable ones. The structure of the building applied by the movements that influence the house, reflects the reorganization and the rediscovery of people as individuals through the collective.
