In this episode we present you a tasty recipe with the scent of sea air. Recipe: Marinated mackerel 1.2 kg - cleaned mackerel fillet 2 units - degummed orange 1 unit - degummed lemon 1dl - lemon juice 20 berries - blueberries 80 g - chopped pine nuts 2 tablespoons - pennyroyal leaves 15 g - chopped sun-dried tomatoes 1.5 dl - extra virgin olive oil qb pepper powder qb traditional sea salt Divide the skinless mackerel fillet into two parts and place in a dry brine, with plenty of salt, for 30 minutes. Remove the fish from the salt, rinse with water and use absorbent paper to remove excess water. Then, remove the central bone from the fish and cut the rest into small cubes. Place the fish on a platter, add the lemon and orange segments, the blueberries cut in half, the sun-dried tomato, the toasted pine nuts, the pennyroyal leaves and a little dried pepper powder. Finally, add the olive oil, lemon juice and mix everything.
