Bacalhau, that's the Portuguese's best friend, isn't it? Of the 1001 ways we can make it, Brás style (or Periquito style as my mother says) is without a doubt one of my favorites. It's a simple and delicious recipe that brings back very good memories every time I eat it. Without a doubt one of my favorite dishes. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------- Portion for 6 servings Ingredients: Olive oil as much. 1 chopped onion 1 bay leaf 700g/2 pieces of cod (shredded and desalted) 400g straw fried potatoes 4 eggs 1 glass of white wine 1 leek How to do it: 1 - Cover the bottom of a pan with olive oil and add the onion and the bay leaf and leave to cool; 2 - Add the cod and let it cook in the water it releases; 3 - Add the glass of wine and let everything evaporate; 4 - Add the garlic until it cooks; 5 - Add the potatoes and mix everything well; 6 - Add the beaten eggs little by little and mix everything with the heat off; Enjoy!
