I also invite you to my bike channel @RadzioBajk Braised drumsticks in sauce with carrots and onions...something amazing :-) Ingredients: drumsticks - any quantity 1 onion 4 carrots - or more salt pepper marjoram thyme granulated garlic a little oil a teaspoon of butter 1/4 cup of cold water 3 tablespoons of wheat flour Fry the drumsticks on each side for a few minutes, let them brown Cut the onion into feathers, dice the carrots Remove the meat and put our vegetables in the pan, stew for a while I roasted the drumsticks again, I got what I needed for the sauce in the pan, I put the meat in a saucepan I poured water over what was left in the pan, mixed it and poured it into the saucepan, covering the drumsticks halfway Add the vegetables to it, season with salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme, garlic and stew on low heat for 40-50 minutes After 30 minutes I take the meat out and make the sauce. I make a potion with cold water and wheat flour - I pour it gradually into the broth, so as to thicken our broth. At the end I season it with the same seasoning as at the beginning and stew the meat for another 10 minutes in the sauce. Serve with potatoes :-) Enjoy.
