The second is through intermittent fasting, where you restrict your food intake for a set period of time. The third is through physical exercise, as during exercise, the body consumes the carbohydrates and glucose stored in the cells and, once depleted, it starts burning fat for energy. In my opinion, the best way to get into ketosis is through the ketogenic diet, as it is easier to follow and control. However, intermittent fasting and exercise are also great options. It is important to remember that everyone is different and what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. Therefore, it is important to seek the advice of a doctor or nutrition specialist before starting any diet or exercise program. The ketogenic diet, also known as the keto diet, is a popular choice for those looking to lose weight effectively. What you need to know to lose weight already is that this eating plan focuses on drastically reducing carbohydrates and increasing fats and proteins.
