The police violate the speed limit and fine you for filming the violation on your phone. A police car (DNZ #3792, 11th region) was driving within the city limits at a speed exceeding the maximum permissible speed without flashing lights on, thus violating traffic rules. Following the example of the police, I drove behind them at the same speed and recorded this event on video. The police, in particular Burak Ruslan Volodymyrovych, did not like the fact that they were being recorded on video and that the driver knew little about the laws, so they decided to issue a ruling for using a mobile phone while driving. At the end of the video there is a cameo of another inspector who recognized me from another call in which I was the applicant and decided to talk to me :) Of course, this ruling was canceled in court, and the inspector never came to court...
