For Dr. Rosa Molina, "the body is the stage for our emotions." According to her, body and mind are linked and should be understood as a whole in which physical and mental health should always go hand in hand. For her, understanding our emotions and learning healthy habits helps us take care of our brain and achieve greater well-being. Rosa Molina is a specialist in psychiatry in the Madrid public health system, with a PhD from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master's degree in Neurosciences. She is also a university professor and coordinates the Clinical Neuroscience section of the AEN (Spanish Association of Neuropsychiatry). With extensive experience in neuropsychiatry and psychogeriatrics, she currently carries out an important outreach activity in mental health through her social networks and the podcast 'De piel a cabeza'. She is the author of two books on health and mental health: 'Una mente con mucho cuerpo. Entiende tus emocionales y cuidar de tu salud mental' (2021) and 'Tus microtraumas. Cómo identifica tus herida emocionales so that your past does not condition your future' (2023). #AprendemosJuntos
