This house could have remained a summer one-story dacha. But its location on the territory of a former sanatorium near a lake surrounded by forest left no choice for the architects and designers of the 1618 ROOM studio. They decided to "let nature in" to the light interior, arrange the house for year-round living and add a light dacha mood with the help of vintage furniture and decor. As a result of the reconstruction, the area of the house was increased by a third, a floor was added, the arrangement of rooms and zones was changed, exposed brickwork was left inside the premises and glass walls were erected.
