You can combine this wonderfully with fish, boiled eggs or boiled beef. I really like eating it with boiled eggs and boiled potatoes. The recipe is a base, and you can of course decide the amount of mustard and the seasoning yourself. I would be very happy about a subscription there too :-) --------------------------------------------------- Mustard sauce - ideal with fish or boiled eggs Ingredients: 15 g butter 20 g flour 150 g stock 200 g cream 2 - 3 tbsp mustard Sugar Salt Pepper Nutmeg 1 dash of lemon juice How to do it Melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour and sweat a little. Pour in the stock and immediately stir everything until smooth until no lumps are visible. Bring to the boil briefly. Then pour in the cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix everything well. Bring everything to the boil a little on a medium heat, stirring constantly so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. Finally, stir in the mustard and season with sugar. Mustard and sugar can of course be used according to taste.
