Due to work, I can't take much time off, and it's tough to spend money just for that, so I took Peach from Kansai Airport to New Chitose Airport to go on a low-budget two-day trip, and then got on from Sapporo. It was about 8,000 yen one way with Happy Peach Plus. It would have been about 6,000 yen with Happy Peach, but I didn't want to change my plans due to work, so I went with the plus. Last time I went alone, but this time I went with my wife, so I reserved the lower B-class berths on both sides. There was a lot of talk about the abolition, so the berths on the day were almost full and it was a bit noisy. Also, the rattling sound of the glass was loud, and the rattling sound was quite bothersome in the quiet car. That was disappointing. Still, I was glad that I could ride it one last time.
