The premiere of the documentary film "Unbroken. Dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of the Labor Army" took place on August 25, 2018 in Bogoroditsk and was timed to coincide with the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow of Russian Germans, Bogoroditsk City Day and Miner's Day. More than 150 Russian Germans from the Central and Northwestern regions came to the premiere screening of the film. The film contains the memories of Russian German labor army soldiers and their children from the cities where the mines of the Moscow Coal Basin were located during the Great Patriotic War. In the winter of 1942, special settlements appeared here, where repressed Russian Germans lived and worked in prison conditions to restore the destroyed mines. The film was created with the support of the International Union of German Culture as part of the German government's program to support the German minority in the Russian Federation.
