With her two podcasts, then two books of the same name, Les couilles sur la table and Le cœur sur la table, Victoire Tuaillon has left her mark on a whole generation of women and men. One of the main focuses of Victoire's work is that she is a feminist. But what does it mean to be a feminist today? We talk about it in this episode of Dialogue. Adapted from the phenomenal podcast Les Couilles sur la table, this book is an essential and fascinating summary of what we know about virility, masculinities and men. A book to offer to: your brothers, your girlfriends, your mother, your father, your sisters, your nephews and nieces, uncles and aunts, your friends who are not (yet) feminists. In short, to all those who ask themselves questions about themselves. And to those who do not ask themselves any yet. Victoire Tuaillon is 32 years old, she is a journalist, graduated from Sciences Po Paris. Since 2017, in the podcast Les Couilles sur la table, she questions masculinities with her guests, most often academics; she transformed these interviews and her research into an essay, published in 2019. She is also the author of sound works (Et là c'est le drame, and Mental FM for Arte Radio) and editor-in-chief at Binge Audio, where she imagines and produces various projects that have in common the need to make the thoughts of researchers and intellectuals heard and circulated. In 2021, she produced a documentary podcast on love: Le Cœur sur la table. Because loving oneself is one of the ways to make a revolution. Based on the great collective conversation launched by Victoire Tuaillon in her podcast Le Cœur sur la table, this book questions the ways in which we love one another today... and in which we could love one another tomorrow. How do romantic myths accustom us to violence? How can we be straight and feminist? How do oppressive systems of gender, race and class shape and damage our romantic, sexual and friendly relationships? How to build new models to live and nourish deeper and more egalitarian relationships with each other? A book that reinvents our contemporary loves, dedicated to all those who do not want to wait for the end of patriarchy to love. Journalist, Victoire Tuaillon created the podcast Les Couilles sur la table in which she questions masculinities with her guests. After the success of this podcast and its literary adaptation (Binge Audio éditions, 2019 and éditions Points, 2021), she signed Le Cœur sur la table, a documentary podcast on love that has accumulated more than ten million listens. Her new project is called Nous Faire Justice
