The people in the Yamagishi group find it much easier without personal possessions. They have lived together for around thirty years and share everything. The group from Hagenbuch/ZH makes a living by selling their own vegetables, meat and bread. There are no hierarchies; everyone should help where and when they want. They want to lead a life that is not shaped by money, but by joy and harmony. What they do is secondary. The central point: the process within. To join Yamagishi, you have to have attended a course called "Tokkoh". It lasts a week and you are together 24 hours a day. Mona Vetsch does not want to reveal in detail what happens there. It is about letting go of your own ego bit by bit.
