Podcast 317, one of the initiatives of the Saudi Bar Association, is a legal dialogue radio that targets specialists and those interested in the legal and consulting sector. The podcast hosts in its third episode Mr. Anas bin Dawood Al-Assafi, a legal specialist and practitioner in governance. We spoke with our guest about the emergence of the concept of governance in the world, the purpose of its creation and application, and touched on the details of the practices existing in the Kingdom, and the differences in the applications of governance by the public and private sectors, in addition to presenting the methods that enable the organization to begin implementing governance within it, and we spoke in greater detail about the pillars of governance, and the relationship between the agencies related to its application within organizations.
