In this episode, we have with us GP Marianne Langøygard, who recently wrote a strong article about the importance of physical activity in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. We discuss why physical activity can be more effective than medication for many patients, and how doctors can motivate lifestyle changes without seeming trivial.
