I promised to make a complaint video while making rice flour muffins in my previous VLOG video! I'm sorry if anyone felt uncomfortable... I've said a lot, but I'm always grateful to Cocoon. I think that the most important thing for a couple is "trust and compassion," but when you don't have enough time for yourself, you inevitably lose compassion... I want to control my mental balance well! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Here's the recipe for rice flour banana muffins! Even though I'm really bad at making sweets, they turn out very delicious, so let me introduce how to make them! Ingredients: For 6 muffins ・1 banana (any size is fine) ・40g rice oil ・80g milk (soy milk is fine too) ・100g rice flour (rice flour is recommended) ・50g almond powder ・5g baking powder ・40g sugar ・A little salt ・Chocolate chips to taste I use muffin cups and muffin-shaped plates (for 6 muffins) purchased from Amazon, but if you have sturdy muffin cups, you don't need plates. <How to make> ・Preheat the oven to 180℃ ・Put the bananas in a bowl and make a paste ・Add rice oil and milk to the bowl and mix well ・Add all the flour ingredients and mix (rice flour, almond flour, baking powder, sugar, salt) ・Put the batter into muffin cups ・Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter! ・Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 18 minutes. A side note: I use a MUJI masher to mash the bananas. And mix with the masher until the end! ・I recommend cutting the bananas into 12 thin slices before mashing them and placing two on each muffin, but I don't want to bother washing the cutting board and knife, so I put chocolate chips on top! ・After baking, if you put plastic wrap on the muffins after taking them out of the oven, I think they will be even more moist when they cool! ・It's a bit of a hassle to prepare the almond flour, but the taste is completely different with and without it ☺️ I use Tomizawa Shoten's skinless almond flour! I hope you are happy today too ♡ ************************************************* ♡Rakuten ROOM https://room.rakuten.co.jp/aaiirrii/i... ♡Instagram: @airi_happy <Upload your outfit!> / airi_happy ♡Mel's Instagram: @merumeru0525 / merumeru0525 ♡Tiktok: @airichannel46 / airichannel46 ♡Click here to send letters etc! 1-22-11 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0061 Attn: Airi, 2nd floor, Ginza Otake Business [For business inquiries, please send here] [email protected] ************************************************* Illustration: Alohapi channel (Hapiko) / @alohapichannel996
