In this baking video, Niels shows how easy it is to bake apple and caramel nut puffs yourself. The puffs are baked in stainless steel puff rings covered with butter dough. The apple puffs are based on a mixture of pastry cream and almond paste with currants, raisins, cinnamon and apple slices or blanched apple cubes on top.
