This homemade cheese is very easy to make with only milk and vinegar. This recipe is without rennet or ferment and no special refrigerator is required. It is therefore accessible to beginners and is quick to make. This cheese is within everyone's reach! Only two ingredients: milk and vinegar, which probably makes it the easiest cheese in the world! It has different names across the planet, in this video I suggest you make its variant Queso Blanco, but it is also called Paneer or Ricotta. You can eat this cheese from the day it is made. In this video, I show you how to make it. Small error in the text at 3:47: It is not the 1st full cup of vinegar, but the first 1/4 full cup! Same thing at 4:49 (2nd full cup should be 2nd 1/4 cup).
