A way to make puff pastry quickly and without many complications, so get to work with this fantastic recipe that I leave here. INGREDIENTS: 280gr of wheat flour = 2 cups = 14 tablespoons 125ml of water = ½ cup = 10 tablespoons ½ teaspoon of salt 60gr of butter or unsalted margarine = 3 tablespoons (melted) 140gr of unsalted butter or margarine = 7 tablespoons (soft, room temperature) PREPARATION: Sift the flour, add the salt, mix, add the melted butter and knead until it becomes sandy, add the water little by little and knead until it becomes a homogeneous dough, maybe 2 minutes, put in the bowl, cover and let rest for 20 minutes, so the dough becomes more elastic. We take the dough out of the mould and roll it out with a rolling pin making a rectangle of about 40cm long x 20cm wide x 0.5cm thick, cover the surface with soft butter and fold the dough into 3 parts as I show in the video. We roll it out again with the rolling pin to about 40cm long and fold it into 3 again, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes on the table. We sprinkle flour on the counter and the dough, roll it out again with the rolling pin to 40cm again and fold it into 3 parts again, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes. We roll it out again with the rolling pin to about 40cm long and fold it into 3 again, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes on the table. We sprinkle flour on the counter and the dough and roll it out again to 40cm long, cut it into 3 and place one on top of the other, we now have 3 pieces of puff pastry ready. You can store it in the refrigerator for 1 week covered in a plastic bag or plastic wrap or you can freeze it for 6 months. *When you are ready to use the piece you need, you can stretch it slightly with a rolling pin and it is ready for your recipes. #tempersflavors #puffpastry #desserts #bread
