#stayathome #withme Where are the little cashews from the Parties??? I chose this Super Easy recipe to remember those Parties filled with Cashews. Mothers, Aunts, Grandmothers, always spent the day preparing sweets and savory treats for the family's birthdays. So let's smell this sweet treat that reminds me of my childhood. -------- If you work in the kitchen with orders and need to increase your visibility on social media, check out our course FROM THE OVEN TO THE PHOTO. Access: https://hotm.art/sejHQQ --------- CAJUZINHO *approximate yield of 25 sweets (size 20g each) Ingredients: 1 can of condensed milk (395g) 1 cup of roasted, skinless and unsalted peanuts (140g) 1 tablespoon of butter (50g) 1 teaspoon of 100% cocoa powder (3g) Refined sugar to coat the sweet Optional: Peanuts cut in half to decorate Preparation method: 1- Start by crushing the peanuts in the blender. 2- Place the condensed milk, butter, cocoa and peanuts in a pan. 3- Stir a little until all the ingredients are mixed. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. 4- Remove from the heat and place the candy on a plate, covering with plastic wrap touching the candy so that it does not crystallize or sweat. 5- Let it cool or if you want to speed it up, you can put it in the freezer for 10 min. 6- To make it easier, use vinyl gloves. This prevents the candy from sticking to your hands. Grease the glove with a little oil and roll up the candies weighing approximately 20g. 7- First, make balls and then press one side to form a little crook. If you want, you can mark it with your finger to make the twist like the shape of a cashew nut. 8- Roll the candies in sugar and place in the mold. 9- To decorate, stick a peanut in the widest end. 10- Place in size #5 candy molds. Tip: If you want to make a larger quantity for orders, add 1 dessert spoon of Glucose (15g). This will prevent your candy from crystallizing easily, increasing its shelf life. This candy goes great at any type of celebration or even for those who work with Make and Sell. You can put it in bags or jars and sell this candy by the kilo. I, Fernanda Quatrocchi, ask for more cashews like this at parties.
