We start our day with a breakfast of only 12 lei at the hotel where we are staying and although it may seem like a trivial breakfast, you will see how different the dishes are in northern China and how many essential things are missing. Even today we have an extraordinary show performed by the Mongols who still live in this area, a festive meal with music and traditional food, gorgeous landscapes full of Tibetan temples and Mongolian yurts, and last but not least, a perspective on China different from the ones we have explored so far.
