About :

His presentation is not only about his invention, but also about the opportunities a young inventor has at home and abroad. And about what a person cannot be a successful researcher without - perseverance. It encourages us not to give up right away if we hit a wall! Máté Kajtár is a 3rd-year mechanical engineering student at the Budapest University of Technology. He has been dealing with underground fuel storage tanks since he was young. He won the 18th Youth Innovation Competition and then the special prize of the (EUCYS) European Youth Innovation Competition in Paris with his project entitled "Safe underground storage of hazardous liquids". His biggest success so far is a gold medal from the Sustainability Olympiad (I-SWEEEP) in Houston. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
