The city that creates its own unique Istanbul cuisine from the mixture of every nation and culture that has lived. You always have many options. I mingled with the streets of different neighborhoods with completely different to-do lists. It's time to be a tourist in Istanbul again! I started with the Istanbul Archeology Museum in the historical peninsula and closed with fish in Burgazada and Ergün Pastanesi's millefeuille. I discovered new ones in historical neighborhoods Beyoğlu and Pera and said hello to the unchanging ones. I learned about the world's tea and dived into the world of tea at Dem Istanbul in Kadıköy. I went to Beta Han and Hocapaşa Pidecisi in Eminönü and Tahtakale and saw how a historical inn has adapted to the present day. I walked around Üsküdar with the traces and stories of women from Mihrimah Sultan to Florence Nightingale. I visited Kanaat Lokantası, a historical restaurant. Oh, I'm tired while writing.
