She adds the milk, rum, yeast, type 0 flour, cornstarch and finally the egg whites to the mixture with the egg yolks. Pour everything into a greased pan and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°. In the meantime Natalia prepares a syrup by cooking the sugar with the lemon zest and water. Once removed from the heat, she adds the lemon juice. Natalia cooks the frozen berries in a pan with the sugar, lemon juice and zest until she obtains a thick mixture. Then in a bowl she mixes the berry yogurt with powdered sugar, whipped cream and the berry sauce. Add the heated cream with the gelatin to the yogurt mixture and mix well. When everything is ready, Natalia soaks the base of the cake with the lemon syrup, then pours the yogurt cream, leveling it well. Let the cake rest in the fridge for ? hours and once ready, decorate it with berries and mint leaves.
