Recipe for a traditional Japanese breakfast! Our favorite breakfast is in the Ichiju Sansai style, which is miso soup, rice and 3 additional plates. Most often it is fish, e.g. salmon or mackerel and to this Tsukemono, Tamagoyaki, Nori and unfortunately Natto - fermented soy beans, but we don't like natto so.. we cook without :P The preparation is really simple, a little more time than breakfast cereals, but definitely more nutritious!
