A 50ml cup produces 100 ice creams, can be sold for 1000. A 65ml cup produces 70-80 ice creams, can be sold for 1500-2000. *The function of the mixer & blender is different, the blender cannot be turned on for a long time like a mixer, if the blender is forced to make this ice cream, the blender will be damaged. *It can be shaken manually but you have to be patient because it will definitely be tiring, take a long time & will not get a texture as thick as the one in the video so the ice cream results will definitely be different. WARNING!!! Before making ice cream, it is better to clean the freezer first until there is no frost to speed up freezing. Do not store the dough in a thick container/basin because it will definitely take a long time to freeze & can take 2 days to freeze, if there is no thin container, it is better to store the dough in plastic like you are going to make ice cubes. Dough that is not perfectly frozen (still liquid) then mixed can cause failure, so do not rely on how many hours the dough has been in the freezer, make sure the dough is perfectly frozen first then mix it until thick/stiff. After being packed in a cup, immediately put it/freeze it in the freezer. This ice cream does require maximum temperature & a good/special freezer like the freezers in stalls, so if the ice cream that has been packed in a cup takes a long time to freeze, please check the bottom of the ice cream & the edges that are attached to the freezer element, there must be some that are frozen, so just swap them with the ones above, okay?
