How do children's book illustrations play a role in fostering curiosity and concern for science? In this podcast, we can hear how Ibu Riama and KIBA (Children's Book Illustration Class) translate science from 12 faculties and more than 100 study programs at ITB into illustrated children's story books. These books are expected to be a tool for dialogue with children, and also adults, about science in popular language. It turns out that the process is not as simple as it seems. In fact, she said, making a children's book can be more challenging than writing a science essay. What are the strategies? Don't miss listening to the spill from Ibu Riama Maslan's chat with bookdragon Ira.
