This is an hour-long observation of the Tokaido Shinkansen at Tokyo Station during the Obon season. Due to the slowdown caused by the Nankai Trough earthquake emergency information announced the other day, the arrival of upbound trains was delayed by about 5-10 minutes, and the departure of the return downbound trains was also delayed by about 5 minutes. However, by around 10:30, the delay was almost offset by the speed-up of cleaning of the trains after arrival. Moreover, departures are now almost every 3 minutes... It's truly amazing. I really admire the people who support this timetable. Thank you so much as always.
