Beneficial forms of praise consist in appreciations of concrete achievements, capacities or work; these do not feed the feeling of egocentrism, but motivate towards self-transcendence. The difference between modesty and humility derives from the fact that they relate to different identities. A modest and sincere man is distinguished by the authenticity and ease with which he manages to make people feel good in his presence. In the first phase, it is necessary to distinguish the notions of freedom and rights. A person who has reached the maturity to understand the rules of the social game knows that adolescent freedom, characterized by rebellion against the law, brings with it the restriction of true freedom, which implies the framing of facts within the legal limits agreed upon by society. 15:47 - 26:20 The three categories of people The Proverbs of Solomon highlight three categories of people: fools, madmen and wise men. The fool appears in the position of the ignorant, naive, ignorant, who has not yet understood the rules of the game; the fool is the one who wants to occupy the dominant place, the one who knowingly defies the law and its consequences; and the wise man always judges from cause to effect, he sees the whole network of consequences of each action. Thus, the dilemma arises about how to proceed correctly with ignorant people: Should we judge them for what they do not know or should we teach them? The right way in this situation is to teach them to discern good from evil; teaching a constructive lesson in which we remain neutral from the position of mentor. Another lesson that Professor Cristescu shares with us from his experiences as a university professor and beyond is that "There are no bad people, there are only unhappy people!". How do we recognize a valuable candidate? By applying the rule of the three Cs - character, capacity, competence. A good example of leadership can be found in Jesus Christ through the way he motivated and trained his disciples, the 12 apostles.
