Nova Viçosa is a place of enchanting natural beauty with majestic beaches and the municipality is one of the most important in the Bahian summer. Its coastline is famous for receiving every year giant humpback whales that, during the winter, migrate to tropical and subtropical waters in the extreme south of Bahia to mate and give birth. Nova Viçosa stands out for its maritime roads and its extensive and beautiful mangroves. Located in the Costa das Baleias region in the extreme south of Bahia, in the city of Nova Viçosa, it has tourist attractions that attract visitors from all over the country, but it has a captive audience that comes from Minas Gerais, Goiás and Brasília. In this documentary our destination is the Island of Barra Velha, where there is a small native population formed by the same family, where technology has not yet arrived, not even electricity, and the biggest company of the small local population, is still the radio. of stack.
