On this occasion, Aleksandra spoke very bravely about various forms of abuse and exploitation, which she experienced at a very young age in the media and in some companies. As mobbing is a problem that many deal with, often in silence, the guest shared her experience from the time when editors and managers abused her enthusiasm and desire to work, about threats, insults, financial blackmail and other mechanisms, which officially not allowed in the workplace, but they happen too much. She also referred to the emotional consequences that all of this can cause, to the helplessness that overwhelms, but also to the fact that we can and should talk more about the problem of mobbing in order to start suppressing it more actively.
