This vehicle is a Caio Apache Vip V with the Volkswagen 22.260 S Euro VI chassis. It all started with Heloísio Marcos Silveira, a fruit seller who worked at the Central Market in Belo Horizonte, whose dream was inspired by the work of his father, Gracino João Diniz Silveira, who worked in public transportation from 1928 to 1946. Together with his brother, Nilton Jorge da Silveira, another founding partner, they built Rodap using capital they acquired from business. At that time, the company had only 14 buses and a garage. But that didn't stop them from looking beyond and striving to expand the fleet and grow in the sector. Today, Rodap Group is a reference company in the public transportation sector, with a fleet of approximately 600 buses and manages four of its own garages, with 1,500 dedicated employees who are passionate about what they do.
