Hello again, Estonians! I was forced to do a follow-up story to the previous video because when I made the previous video I was too focused in my head on the futility of that initial sale. As a result, many things were unfortunately missed. In fact, there was SOOOOO much suspicious from the show that in the end I have to say that the Lunar explorer DID NOT EXPLORE THE BAG AT ALL in my modest subjective assessment (: Since there are different points in the video, I will also add the time stamps this time: 00:00-03:29 - introductory rumble 03: 30-11:03 - I found the original sale ad for this house, which was not searched/found or mentioned by Kuuuurija 11:04-17:20 - in fact, this family lived there for 10 years without paying rent, and if ALL the sums mentioned in the program are added together, they paid 6 - about 345 euros per month for a one-room house, which seems quite okay(?) 17:21-19:23 - the father of the family lied not only about not going to the notary because of the corona, but also about the fact that it was not possible at the beginning of the pandemic remote verification via video bridge - the internet says it was possible! 19:24-22:04 - the father of the family's past deepens mistrust of his story, which was already suspicious without knowing this background 22:05-24:47 - it was not so simple that as if the bailiff had sold this house for shitty cheap, but the bailiff sold a notional part of 50% of the estate, which also included the obligations of the testator, i.e. possible debts 24:48-29:24 - this house (which was actually 3 separate apartment properties), the seller belonged to COMMON PROPERTY, i.e. in fact was his wife a joint owner - that is, the guy could not have sold it without his wife (if the seller and the father of the family had immediately gone to the notary, the notary would have also checked it and pointed it out) ..this also means that in the final stage the wife should have presumably owned 3/4 of the house, not just half ..in addition, there was probably no sales transaction between the woman and the business in the capital, but a division of the inheritance, and we do not know if and what debts this seller himself might have had. I promised to add some links mentioned in the video here: (1) you can find the so-called archive from here: https://web.archive.org/ (2) on the website of the chamber of notaries, you can find the statement that remote verification was possible already in 2020 from at least two web links (the first is a link from January 2020 and the second indicates that from April 2020 all transactions except marriage and divorce could be done by remote verification): https://www.notar.ee/et/teabekeskus/k... and https://www.notar.ee/et/notarite-koda... ( 3) the solution to the criminal case can be found here: https://www.riigiteataja.ee/kohtulahe... (4) find the public auction link mentioned in the video yourself, because I'm still debating whether to become a leather business instead (:
