The fan motor has damaged the thermal fuse by drawing too much current due to the bearing compression. The fuse is located on the part called the resistance. The old part is cut and a new one is connected in its place. In this way, all the fan stages become operational. Here, 3 different resistances providing the stages are connected in series and the resistances are deactivated in order as the stage key is turned. These thermal fuse resistors are in the series-connected position. The 4th stage is directly connected and is independent of the thermal fuse. My vehicle, which had the heater fan repaired here, is a Peugeot partner 2006 model. By the way, those who are not handy or confident should not try it. It requires some skill. You may have knowledge, but if you are not experienced, do not do it.
