But recently, after giving birth to my second child, my knees have become strange. I had a CT scan and saw a doctor, and he said that my cartilage was all worn out. There was almost nothing left at the back. So when I kneel down completely and straighten my knees, there is a loud popping sound, and if I do it for a while, it is accompanied by pain. So I keep having distracting thoughts. I keep thinking that I might not be able to walk later. I don't really think about praying, but I focus more on the pain. While praying. So I was worried about whether I should do it or not, so I kept doing 108 prostrations on and off. I have a two-year-old and a five-year-old.
