On Saturday, November 30th, Moritaka Castle, a link between Fagus and Hokkaido, will be taking a winter break. The Super Forest Road will also be closed. It seems that they hold a year-end party on this day every year. I wanted to join, but it overlapped with other events so I gave up! I headed to Moritaka Castle in Fagus with some snacks so I could feel like I was participating a little. I tried to go from Kounose Gorge (which is on the Kochi side, but still in Tokushima Prefecture) via the Tsurugiyama Super Forest Road, but had to turn back due to snow. But I was able to see some nice views.
