We need to learn and understand that God does not look for perfect people, because the word itself in 1 John 1:8 tells us, “If we say we are without sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” God looks for people who are willing to worship Him, not to say to serve Him, because before we are servants, we are children, and children loved by our Father. How much of your time have you given to the Lord? What have been your priorities? We also read 2 Corinthians 9:7, “Each one should give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” May we give our best to Him, not because we are good enough to give something to the Lord, but because He already died on the cross for love of us! We only need to do the minimum! Return worship in the form of gratitude!
