Cristina Kerr, based on her vast experience in the field, tells us a little about how to overcome this and expand your awareness. Cristina Kerr founded CKZ Diversidade 13 years ago to give voice to diversity and inclusion, acting as a consultant and speaker specializing in: diversity, inclusion, unconscious bias, transformative leadership, inclusive culture and leadership, and gender equity.
