The last video for 2016 is about the Eifel. The scheduled traffic around Gerolstein is not particularly varied due to the class 622 railcars. But the Vulkan-Eifel-Bahn, based in the former Gerolstein depot, sometimes brings a slight touch of the Federal Railways atmosphere to the tracks. You can see the class VT95 and VT98 railbuses in shuttle and special train service, as well as the class V100 diesel locomotives on transfer trips and transformer transports.
