Dr. Luca Rodella, a specialist in Gastroenterology, talks to us about Colorectal Cancer: diagnosis and prevention. He practices in Verona. In 1984, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery in Verona and specialized in Emergency Surgery and Emergency Room. From 1999 to 2004, he was Director of the Emergency Surgical Endoscopy Service at the University Hospital of Verona - Polo Chirurgico Confortini, Ospedale Maggiore. He is a contract professor at the University of Verona and author of 72 publications reviewed in Index Medicus and 20 book chapters. From 2005 to 2010, he was an Expert of the Ministry of Health for the ECM program. He was President-elect of the Italian Society of Surgical Endoscopy (ISSE), serving as President-elect for two years and is currently Past President of the same Society. He is also a member of the National Board of Directors of the Italian Society of Digestive System Pathologies (SIPAD).
