In Italy, it is estimated to be over 300,000 people, a number that is expected to double by 2050. It is a complex disease characterized by tremors, muscle stiffness, slowness of movement and difficulty with balance. What are the needs of patients with advanced Parkinson's disease and, above all, what are the new treatment options that are coming?
