The devil cannot enter a house where Ayet-el Kursi is recited. No spells will take hold in that house. A person who continues to recite Ayet-el Kursi continuously will attain great ranks both in this world and the hereafter. The sins of the person who makes it a habit to recite Ayet-el Kursi in the past will be forgiven. Almighty Allah will open the doors of goodness for that person. There are 34 divine names in Ayet-el Kursi. 17 openly and 17 closedly. There are also 17 letters of mim and 17 letters of vav. The greatest name of Allah is present in Ayet-el Kursi. Therefore, if a prayer is made with Ayet-el Kursi, it will be accepted. Reading Ayet-el Kursi for a need or desire is a means for that to happen. The one who continues to read this verse will benefit to the extent of his continuation. Only prophets, truthful ones and martyrs continue to read this verse.
