Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift onto the egg mixture and fold in. Put the dough into a prepared tin and smooth it out. Now sprinkle the almonds on top and bake in the oven at 175°C top and bottom heat for 35 minutes. Take the sponge cake out of the oven and allow to cool completely. Now carefully cut the base with the help of a knife. Cream ingredients: 600 ml cold cream -1.5 packets of Paradise Cream Preparation: Beat the cream but not too stiff. Add the Paradise Cream and mix briefly. (Be careful not to beat for too long or the cream will be too solid!) Spread the cream on the cake base, distribute it evenly and place the top part of the sponge cake base on top.
