In this video lesson, I share with you an interesting chess opening, the Bishop Opening, which is formed after the following moves: 1.e4 e5 2.Bc4. It is not a very popular opening line (compared to 2.Nf3 or 2.Nc3), but it is perfectly solid as you develop a piece while targeting Black's f7 pawn. Moreover, by playing the Bishop Opening, you draw your opponent out of his opening preparation, so you can use this opening weapon to surprise your opponents. Most importantly, there are many interesting aggressive and attacking lines you can play afterwards!
