She attended a Master's Degree in School Management at the University of Bologna at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Catania. She has served as Commissioner of Maturity exams for the following subjects: Italian, Economic Geography, Pedagogy and Philosophy, History, at Technical Institutes in Milan and Catania. She has been a Tutor for newly hired Teachers and a Trainer at various Institutes in the area of "Evaluation" and "Programming by concepts". She has taken care of pedagogical and methodological training, always showing sensitivity to innovation, participating in refresher courses and holding self-updating courses at the School where she works. She has gained extensive experience in the field of teacher training and in particular in preparing for competitions at all levels of School. She has been the First Collaborator of the School Principal for thirteen years. She has held various roles both within the collegial bodies and the Management staff: School Trustee, Instrumental Function for Evaluation, Collaborator of the School Principal, Interclass Coordinator. She has a long teaching experience both in primary schools and in secondary schools.
