Passion for motorsport, a lot of motivation and great ambition - that is what unites the members of KA-RaceIng, the Formula Student team of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Every year, KA-Raceing develops, designs, manufactures and tests racing cars, one with a combustion engine and one with an electric drive. KA-RaceIng uses these vehicles to enter the Formula Student design competition and competes against a total of over 500 teams from international universities. The almost 60 members are made up of students from a wide range of disciplines - mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration and physics.
