The training covers an issue rarely discussed in the public sphere, covering technical aspects of implementing PPP projects. Experts discuss issues related to developing a functional and utility program, infrastructure maintenance standards and its return after the end of the PPP agreement; they also address practical problems related to developing and negotiating tender documentation in the technical part, as well as performing the PPP agreement. The training is conducted by attorney Rafał Cieślak - PPP expert and Mirosława Rybczyńska-Szewczyk, who specializes in technical aspects of implementing PPP projects.
