Let's try to make a Czech Sunday cake! INSTRUCTIONS: Dough part 1: 1 dl milk (37 degrees), 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 20 g fresh yeast. The ingredients are mixed together and allowed to stand for approx. 15 min. Dough part 2: ½ dl sugar, 6 dl wheat flour, 70 g melted butter, 1 dl milk. Mix until smooth and finally mix in the dough part.1. Let it rise for approx. 45 min. The risen dough is pressed, e.g., on the bottom and sides of a loose-bottomed pan. For the filling, cut approx. 700 g of plums, skin side down, and sprinkle cinnamon and vanilla sugar on top. Dough part 3: Make the shortcrust pastry. (I put 100 g butter, 1 dl sugar and 2 dl wheat flour). Sprinkle the shortcrust pastry over the plums. Bake at 180 C for approx. 35 min.
